sappu, a blank screen, no log files, no error messages... no feedback, so I have no idea what might be going on. I guess if I was in your situation, I would add error_log() calls into the installer to see what it was doing.
What version of CentOS? Anything special about your apache, mysql or php installations, or did you take the CentOS defaults?
Maybe if I have some time over the weekend, I'll throw together a VM and run through an install.
