help...installation for dummies :)

hi there,
i have been searching for the complete installation for letomyDMS .
but i cannot find it.

i have :
- mysql 5.0.45
- php 5.2
- letoDMS 1.9
- Centos 5.2 server

what i did:
1. extract the folder letoDMS 1.9 into webserver docoument root.
2. open from browser, but i only get blank page.
3. when i type : http://xxx.xxx/leto, it goes to : http://xxx.xxx/leto/out/out.ViewFolder.php

could you help me out of how to install this application with dummy way
