Cannot upload files - aljosamotore - 09-24-2010
Hi,
I installed letoDMS. More or less its ok, but I can not upload files. If file is big (few Mbtyes) i do not get any error, just redirect to folder where I was before uploading, but if I try to upload smaller file (below 1 Mb) i get an error "An error has occured". What should I do?

Hi,
Reproduce the error one more time and then post the last few lines of the log file.
Login to LetoDMS
Go into the Admin-Tools section.
Log files Management
Open the latest log file and post the last few lines that should have an exception.
Also if you don't see anything in there, you can check the web server error_log to see if it got posted in there.

Strange, but i dno not have any file in "Log files management".
Any other suggest?

Additional information that i notice. I download varsion2.0,m but when i check version od installed dms it seem that i have version 1.1. How to update. I try to run update from update directory, but i get some errors.
And folder permission 777.
And ideas now?

you have the correct LetoDMS team was going to go with 1.1 after 1.9 release but we decided to change to 2.0 which makes more sense so in 2.01 version which should come soon and that would update that problem

But anyhow. I am still unable to upload anything. It would be better if I downgrade it to 1.9?

With 1.9 the problem still exist. So, is there not possible to solve this?

I had suggested you look in the web servers error log, have you done that? If so, did you see anything in there? Example location on a Linux OS would be /var/log/httpd/error_log
