It would be great to have a "explorer like" folder tree on the left had side of the content view...
or maybe as an alternative, the same kind of view like in "admin-tools" - "content overview" but expandable with "+" symbol and available for all users...
and possibly the ability for all users to switch views.... from the currently implemented simple view to this "tree" view...

I support this question. A quick overview for all folders and documents would be helpful for all users, even if they are sometimes not allowed to open the files itself.

The feature should be easy to implement using the yet-included folder view popup.
Will be included in the next release (1.10)
