Trouble installing to IIS - eli.irvin - 03-02-2014
When opening install.php, I am returned the following error:
"Fatal error! I could not even find a configuration directory"
Checked to see that 'conf' directory exists
Created ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL as instructed
Anyone have any suggestions?
