Hi, I don't think that it's possible de change the order of the folders ?
This could be a nice feature to organize sub-folders into a folder.
Or propose to organize folders given a criteria : by date, alphabetically
EDIT :
I discovered that, when creating or editing the folder, one can choose its position. So mea culpa, the feature exists.

At least the alphabetical order will be on next release (1.8.4)

the switch with alphabetical order is included in the new 1.9 version
