Plugin Manager would be great for LetoDMS - administrator - 09-08-2010

Plugin Manager would be great for LetoDMS

here is a example

some wants to create a module for LetoDMS all they have to do create the plug in and the manager would install it or activate it

That requires an API or a MVC style code right?
Coz, if you provide an API, that should be enough.
That would be great since I want to integrate "search inside files" but I have to go deep into the code to do that.

That would be great since I want to integrate "search inside files" but I have to go deep into the code to do that.

I'm working on a fulltext index for letodms based on lucene. Is it that, what you are looking for?

If you are indexing document content ( maybe even OCR for pdfs) then yes!
I am a PHP programmer too (not as good as you though, probably), if there's anything/anyway I can contribute then I am all up for it.

Plugin Manager

here is a example

LetoDMS would be have a plugin manager then you can download the plugin for the LetoDMS like a feature like editor a developer ABC made ,

then all they have to do is upload the plugin to letodms directory and go in the plugin manager and activate it

something like that
