No access - doubleugk - 11-01-2010 The document folder is not within the webserver directory. I assume this is causing problems when creating a document. The only error message says, that an error occurred, without any further details. No log entry found. Maybe I need to assign certain privileges, but I don't know for which user, looking form a system perspective (NAS) it should be "admin", this user has full access. RE: No access - administrator - 11-01-2010 hi from what i am reading seams like this is a CHMOD error . double check your /data folder permission make sure its you permission it to 777 in FTP or SSH mode thanks LetoDMS team. |
