in version 1.7.3 there are some small bugs in email: wrong formats, multiple sent, ecc.
Some are corrected in the attached files.

Here are some improvement/bug fix in the email syntax.
- Now the email reason is in the subject too (more explanatory).
- There was a bug in the "review request" and "approval request" content.
- The "automatic status changed email" is commented out because there is no reason to send it (the owner has yet received the "submitted review" or "submitted approval" email).
ATTACHED FILES REPLACES THE ONES OF THE PREVIOUS POST.
