I have modified the e-mails that are being sent out by the system.
the attached files are version 1.9 modified files.
just upload and replace them (backup your old files - always!)

the third file is from English language category - modify "header" and "signature" entries to suite your needs. (remove '.txt' before use)

if I have missed some other notifications, please let me know

I really think the developers should either make an e-mail template based system, or maybe just make one e-mail function to take care of all notification cases... it's pretty scattered now... IMHO

Found a few bugs and more places is the code where I missed to add header and signature.

Revised files attached.
