Selected or not files when creating new documents

In the newly created document. I want the option to upload documents, then we can choose or not choose documents. There are cases where I have no documents but only the file description for this document only. if any solution please help me. Thanks.

I need to store information for the document, but just save the description for the document (title, description,. ) and no need to upload the attachment). In software, if we create a new document without attachments is not? What can I do to be able to create documents without attachments.

I tried the demo version but can not create documents (without any notice nor any documents that are created
