Adding new documents
#1
Hello,

I've installed LetoDMS 3.0RC3 and I get the following error msg when I try to add a new document.

"An error has occured"

I'm Using a localhost with Windows 7, PHP 5.3.5, and MySql 5.1.36.
If you need it, I provide my conf.Settings.php file.

Thanks for your help.
