I think a LetoDMS installer would be great.

if a contributor can create one.

What do you mean with installer?
Currently a simple unpack and a DB dump is required.

basically the installer would do that automatically

the installer would ask user mysql server , user name and db name and password

and would check for permissions to install letoDMS so installed correctly

and its easy for user to use LetoDMS
