i have aproplem in letodms v 3.0.1 when i upload new doc and didn`t assign any approval or reviewers to it then i save it in this case the status will be released when i assign it to some one to approve or review the status didn`t change to drafts review it still released and the user who must review and approval the review and approval link to add his areview and approval ddn`t appear to him please help me thank you

We are all volunteers. 2. Please do not cross post. What you consider a problem may not be one. I personally do not think it is a good idea to unrelease a document which has previously been released. Why don't you assign a reviewer/approver in the first place? Uwe

ok sometimes i forgot one person to review or approve this document and it`s status now released after last approv and review when i make change assign to some one it`s status still realesed but it must be chang to allow the person to see the submitt link and i want to till u some thing this mechanism was work with me untill i update my wamp server i don`t know the new mechanism on my machine only or on the all user of leto i try to download another version to see the approval and review mechanism and thank u for your response

the solution is to run the sql update in the letodms folder after you create the tables run the sql update files in the same version if you use version 3.2.0 begin from update folder 3.x.x even arrive to your version and it will work. again thanks to |
