Error in letoDMS Installation

Hi,

I am create a new database and change the inc.Settings.php file after download the LetoDMS....
Then I execute it in web browser.. But there is no output came...

It just shows th url like

http://localhost/letoDMS-2.0.2/out/out.ViewFolder.php

Can u give me the solution for this...
