Header changes

I want to chance the header. But I can`t find some templates or anything else. I want to change the place of the logout button etc.

There is only a style folder with some css files and pictures. so I need to know where the html code is

I did it. I checked it but I didn`t found it. So only if its possible could you tell me which file it is? I am only looking for the header and menu source at the top. and the logout source. (your loged in as administrator (logout).
