approval&review for new doc

i have aproplem in letodms v 3.0.1 when i upload new doc and didn`t assign any approval or reviewers to it then i save it in this case the status will be released when i assign it to some one to approve or review the status didn`t change to drafts review it still released and the user who must review and approval the review and approval link to add his areview and approval ddn`t appear to him please help me thank you

if user one go and make review the approve open to him before user2 make his review if he make his approve the status off the doc change to released and user2 can`t make his review and i read in the documntation that no one can make approv untill all reviewrs finish waiting your advices the informayion in documentaion was work with me before but now not i don`t no why and what is my problem i use v3.0.1 and test it with wamp and xampp

this is tow pic prove my test to all i make 2 reviewers person and one of them approval when th first one accept the review the submit approval open to him before the second person make his review this test.jpeg the second pic when the first person accept the approval the status off the doc changed to released before the second person make his review and he can`t make his review because the doc status is released i waiting any body help

the solution is to run the sql update in the letodms folder after you create the tables run the sql update files in the same version if you use version 3.2.0 begin from update folder 3.x.x even arrive to your version and it will work. again thanks to
