Expiry indication in status field
#1
I've installed LetoDMS two day a go and it's actually what I need. Since it is possible to give each file an expiry date I thought that the status would change so you can see that the file needs to be reviewed. Is this possible or do I have to check "My documents" where I can see the "Expiry" info.
Would be difficult for more users working on the same files though.

Thanks.

Where would you like to see the information? In the document list or on the document details page?

The best would be to see it in the document list so expired documents can be reviewed. Would need that to use letoDMS for ISO 9001.

Ok. I'll see what I can do. If you have patched LetoDMS already, I would mind integrating in into the official source.

I'm sorry because I have actually no knowledge of php/html. The only thing I perhaps would be able to do, would be to copy and paste the "Gültigkeit" (Expires) code/column into the document list page. But it for sure would be better to change the status according to the expiry date.

Thanks again for your fast answers and development of LetoDMS

Can you give an indication, how much time you will need?

Once I get started, it's probably not more than 1 hour, but I'm currently a bit short on time and got to take care of real life.

Is there perhaps something I could help you with? Since programming is not an option I could do e.g. translations or ...

Hello,

I saw a lot of progress in the versions of LetoDMS and am right now installing 3.3.5 on a linux server. I couldn't find any info on the expiry issue in the changelogs.

Is there any chance of having that integrated in the near future?
