LetoDMS 3.2.0 installation
#1
Sorry, yet another 3.2.0 install thread... this was discussed in Tutorials & How-to's but for some reason the question was considered improper in that thread...

From Tutorials:
Quote:Step 1 : Download files
-----------------------
- Download letoDMS files here : http://sourceforge.net/projects/mydms/fi...S%203.2.0/
- Download ADOdb files here : http://adodb.sourceforge.net/
- Download LOG files here : http://pear.php.net/package/Log/download/All

The question: Is LOG really necessary? Install instructions didn't mention any LOG installation. In Tutorials there was some contradicting information about this as well. Some said it was not needed in Apache Webserver. But then there were some error messages. If it is not needed, how to prevent the errors? See the conversation there (really don't understand why this couldn't be discussed there, since it was directly related to the discussion there).

Windows 2008 Server, PHP 5.3.6 ,Apache 2.2.17, all x64.

hi if you are not installing you can post the message in the tutorial area but in the different thread because that thread is instruction that was the reason we asked you to create a new one.

would you like me to move this for you?

Thanks

Log is needed because inc/inc.LogInfo.php is included in some files, but including inc.LogInit.php isn't actually necessary. It went into it by mistake. So either you install Log or you remove the inclusion of inc.LogInit.php from all files where it is included.
