Is it possible to upload files by ftp ??

you can upload attachment to data file but LetoDMS won't index the data, you would need to manually add the data to LetoDMS for now on tell we have a index system.

It should be. Any site host that you are using should be able to provide you with an address/folder that you can use a standalone ftp program to upload to.

It won't work unless letodms acts as an ftp server. I have a decent working webdav server for letodms and the concept should work for ftp as well. If ftp access is badly needed, I could add it.
