Develop a plugin to connect LetoDMS with moodle

i'm trying to develop a plugin to connect LetoDMS with moodle .. something like Alfresco repository Plugin in moodle

so is there an API for LetoDMS that i can use or i need to build one from scratch.
any suggestions?

Use LetoDMS_Core. If anythink is missing let me know.
