Shared SSL not working

I installed LetoDMS 3.4.2 using softalicious at my Hosting provider, Inmotion Hosting and everything worked fine until I enabled redirection to the shared SSL, at which point I receive an error message 404 not found. LetoDMS somehow messes with the redirected URL. I've checked with my hosting provider and they validated LetoDMS is making the change as redirection works using 4 other apps using the same method. Ay suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again all.

Can you describe what exactly happens? What URL are you calling and where will it be redirected. How is redirection done? Is the system publicly accessible, so I can have a look at it?

Hopefully this is enough information, I've also PM'd you details

I've installed LetoDMS into the public folder: http://www.{DOMAIN}.com/{FOLDER}

When accessing it without redirection, everything works fine.

I then setup a redirect to a shared SSL provided by Inmotion Hosting:
https://secure60.inmotionhosting.com/~{U...E}/{FOLDER}

When I attempt to access the URL, I receive Error 404 - Not found and the URL is somehow redirected to:
https://secure60.inmotionhosting.com/{FO...Folder.php

As a side note, I've setup redirection using the same method with Vtiger installs and SugarCRM installs and they work fine.

I'd appreciate any suggestions you might have.

Have you set your httpRoot in the settings propperly? It should be /~{USERNAME}/{FOLDER}/

Uwe - Thanks again for responding - I'm not sure what you mean regarding the httpRoot or if I can control that. The setup I am using is the exact same one I used for SugarCRM and for VtigerCRM. I'm pretty sure everything is correct as SugarCRM and VtigerCRM work.

I mean the httpRoot in settings.xml of LetoDMS.
