Approval problems

Hi,

I am having a problem with the approval system running letoDMS 3.4.2. Any approval comes back with an error "Error updating approval status. Update failed."

I have been trying to check the code and find that there is a method (think that's wrong, I'm not a developer) called setApprovalStatusInd for which the status is being checked and it is the return from this that is throwing the error.

I have checked the code and I can't find this method defined anywhere. A quick check on Google and I found there used to be a inc.classDocument.php which contained it, but that doesn't existing in the tarball I downloaded or the previous ones in the 3.4 releases.

Am I missing something obvious?

inc.ClassDocument.php is part of LetoDMS_Core. You have to install that as well.

inc.ClassDocument.php is part of LetoDMS_Core. You have to install that as well.

Oops. I didn't think to check where that was installed, it's outside of the location I untarred the main tarball into. I do indeed have it. I will see if I can debug from there.

We have just installed letoDMS 3.4.2 inc.ClassDocument.php is there in the XXX/html/XXX/XX/LetoDMS_Core/Core still getting the same error as above can you kindly help?

Very unlikely that somebody is looking at it, as there is currently no developer taking care of letodms. You should consider switching to
a compatible system like seeddms.

hi We don't support any forked version of LetoDMS.
