Review and Approval of Revision Request

Hello,

I want to review and approve all kinds of revision requests without the document owners permission.

For example, if xxxx want to add a document, in all cases this document must be reviewed and approved by zzzz department.

How can I do this on the program?

login to LetoDMS then click on Add document once you complete that you can check either Assign Reviewers
or Assign Approvers

then click Add document

Dear Admin;

Yes I know that feature. But I want to say, it should be selected autumatically not by user!

For example, when I try to add a document, this document should be automatically sent to a special group for review and after again automatically sent to a special group or individual for approval.

This operation should be automatic not by selecting. For the current edition, users can add document without any permission from other departments (e.g. HSE&Q Dept).

Ok, for your guidance here is the workflow for document editing;

USER (Request Revision or New Document) ---> Special Group (For Review) ---> USER (To show last revised version) (İn here user can cancel his request) ---> Special Group (For Approval)
