Is this a new installation?

If yes, you use the script to create database of version 3.0?

If not, you have data to keep it inside?

Thanks for your help, Since this is a new installation. As per your suggestion I deleted the present letodms database and created a new one. then Execute “create_tables.sql” to preload database.

Now it works without any problem..
