i think LetoDMS with Mod_rewrite feature would be cool and more secure.

i mean just Clean URl like this one .

Example :

now http://letodms/out/out.ViewFolder.php??folderid=142

After if feature get implemented http://letodms/out/ViewFolder/folderid/142
