In the scenario I'm looking at is that only 1 person has access to modify the document in anyway. We have essentially a rules and regulations document that we want to show in multiple folders.
It can be a hard or soft link, either way works for this purpose. I know how to achieve it from a database level, but need an interface within DMS to do it properly. It would be an admin level only function in this case.
