I am using Leto to store important documents both handwritten and typeset.
It would be great if, as a separate step, OCR could be applied to an already scanned image and a derivative//update added. ( I haven't seen if this is already documented).
Then, the OCRed document will need proofreading, such as Project Gutenberg PGDP http://www.pgdp.net/c/
Or, if it is not typeset, OCR won't work, and it needs transcription, such as FromThePage http://fromthepage.com/
But: I would like letoDMSs' access control to be applied to all of these activities- NOT public access.
