I've installed SeedDMS 4.2.0 over the weekend and everything looks good. However, I absolutely cannot get the REVIEW or APPROVAL to work. I am using the traditional workflow (not my own), but when I upload a document and select the reviewers and approvers, they are not listed under the "Reviewers/Approvers" tab when I look at the document. And when an assigned R/A logs in and checks "My Documents" they will not see the document waiting their review.
I at first thought the problem was due to my upgrading an existing database, but I created a new blank DB and a new installation and had the same problem. Is there a setting I am missing? Is there a required link between individuals and groups? I really do not want to use groups since a single member of the group reviews/approves for everyone listed in the group, but will if I have to. Thanks in advance for the help.
