backup not happening

PHP and MySQL: PHP 5.3.10
mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.31

I did not find entries in log file when I tried taking backup today.

what version of LetoDMS have you installed? php and mysql version please

and please check your logs see if you server sees any error msg like access denied

is php pear installed? if its please turn on the php error reporter see if you get a error msg ?

and if you don't get a message, try to back up your mysql database and everything and install it Letodms on a different see if you get this same results?
