Install on GoDaddy

I'm a newbie and I've tried installing LetoDMS for the past 6 hours. I've tried reading through the limited online documentation, have installed, deleted and reinstalled countless of times, and have tried numerous variations within the settings.xml file.

Issue 1: On the install page, I get the welcome screen but with the following warnings above it (The XXXXXXX are just replacing my account number):

Issue 2: When clicking on the "Start Installation" button I get the following error:
Fatal error! I could not even find a configuration directory.

Issue 3: I'm not sure I have the correct settings within the settings file:

Any ideas. I would sure love to use this as it looks to have all the features I need. Thanks.
