Install on Ubunto

Hi,

I am very new to the topic, I have read throughout the instructions in ReadMe and came across a little problem whilst installing SeedDMS 4.3.5

My config:

OS

My terminal says the following:

And SeedDMS says:

For installation of SeedDMS, you must create the file conf/ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL

What have I done wrong? I used the command touch conf/....
