Cannot upload after moving mydms from one server to another.
#1
In Ubuntu 10.04 I installed mydms then moved the database and documents from a virtual machine (same OS) to a physical machine. All the documents are there, labeled correctly and download correctly but I cannot upload to the physical machine. I probably made a mess of the file permissions. Is there a way to fix this? Do I need to totally uninstall, delete the directories, and do it the "right way." If that is the case some guidance on the right way would be appreciated!

Just check if your web server has write permission in the content dir.

It was the write permission in the content dir I had to change them from 2755 to 2775.
Thanks.
