after installing getting 500 internal error

http://localhost/letoDMS-2.0.2/op/op.Login.php gives 500 error.

WampServer Version 2.0

I get the login page and using admin/admin and getting that error,
attaching my settings file.

after accessing the C:\wamp\www\letoDMS-2.0.2\out\out.login.php file directly got the message user name not supplied.
then went back and used usual admin/admin and resolved

not restarted yet but curious to understand why 500 error happening.

I am ok now in case of issues will post again.
