Customize views

Hi all,

I am using Leto mainly as an archive for printed documents. Therefore I have less need for the functionality of reviewers, versioning and so on.

It would be helpful to have the views customized so all the detailed information on reviewers, versions, checkers and so on are not shown. Should be configurable without changing code.

This would allow Leto to be easily used either as complex DMS or a simply archive.

Hi all,

I got no replies so far.

Again my idea at a glance:

I would like to archive my personal documents (letter, account statements,...) in an archive. There is no need to review or change them later. It is just a storage.

Leto seems to allow all this. I find the additional features like versioning etc. confusing and would like to reconfigure the view so that nothing is displayed except the key words, the document and some information like date of storage.

Did somebody face the same situtation and can give me a hint??

Not to disuade you from using Leto, but if you don't need features like versioning and review/approve, what made you choose Leto?
