Hi all!
When i create a document
Document was rejected, but other users are still downloading.
I want to the document not approve then user is not view and download. How can do that? Pls help me

I need exactly the same!
Only the Reviewer/Approver and the creator should see this file.
Same goes for rejected files - they are still visible!
Will this be fixed?

As i understand system philosophy - rejection doesn't means that document will be deleted or visibility will be changed. You can see the status of document and understand if you need to work with it or not. If document is rejected this means that document need to be updated or deleted.

i asked when i upload anew doc and didn`t assign it to any one in aty the first load and i save it then i chang the assign to some body and after that it still realesed how can i change the status of doc after assign it to any one please help me i use letodms v 3.0.1
