Hi,
I"d like to suggest that the ability to "move" and "edit" a folder is removed from the "Read/write" permission and moved to "All permissions". The reason is that I don't think users should have the ability to change an established heirarchy. I guess the other option is to assign "read" permissions to users instead of "read/write", but then they lose the ability to upload docs...
