SeedDMS Review and Approval

I've installed SeedDMS 4.2.0 over the weekend and everything looks good. However, I absolutely cannot get the REVIEW or APPROVAL to work. I am using the traditional workflow (not my own), but when I upload a document and select the reviewers and approvers, they are not listed under the "Reviewers/Approvers" tab when I look at the document. And when an assigned R/A logs in and checks "My Documents" they will not see the document waiting their review.

I at first thought the problem was due to my upgrading an existing database, but I created a new blank DB and a new installation and had the same problem. Is there a setting I am missing? Is there a required link between individuals and groups? I really do not want to use groups since a single member of the group reviews/approves for everyone listed in the group, but will if I have to. Thanks in advance for the help.

hi if you have downloaded forked version of LetoDMS , We don't support it here. You need to contact that vendor.

hi LetoDMS is not SeedDMS, and LetoDMS is not continuing in to SeedDMS,

LetoDMS is developed By Trilex labs , and We will continue to support this application and development.

Former developer for LetoDMS is not affiliated with LetoDMS any more , he has started a fork of LetoDMS, We are not affiliated with his project.

Trilex claims that development on letodms will be continued once they have a new developer as me as the former main developer stoped development on letodms and started seeddms. Personally I don't thing letodms will be developed any further as the code base is already way behind seeddms.

you need to stop telling people LetoDMS has stop developing or giving LetoDMS bad names , other wise we will banned you from this forum. if you wanna advertise your forked version of LetoDMS you can advertise it somewhere. We are not interested in your commercial version of forked LetoDMS. We are LetoDMS and we will keep LetoDMS open source.

wtf? seeddms is open source, letoDMs is open source, so what is this "We are" about?
