backup not happening

Archive (backup) creation from backup tool is not working since last couple of days. There is no change/update in OS or letodms since installation.

hi please post your error msg . so we can investigate it for you

plus check your logs see why its not backing up

There is no error message. A blank page comes on screen after for 10 seconds. Letodms create new .gz file but, it gives an error message while try to open it in archive manager.

list. gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--crc error
gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--length error
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

can you check if the same backup file name exists ?

if it does remove it and back it up please and try to start the backup process again

I have tried deleting file and regenerate backup but, blank page comes on screen. LetoDMS not giving me backup confirmation messsage.

and please check your logs see if you server sees any error msg like access denied

is php pear installed? if its please turn on the php error reporter see if you get a error msg ?

and if you don't get a message, try to back up your mysql database and everything and install it Letodms on a different see if you get this same results?
