I can download this file, but can not read, because the Chinese appear garbled.
You know the Chinese have a lot of coding.
So I can not use your translation file.
Maybe I will help you re-translation.

Sorry, I just register the forum. Actually I saw the installation guide which describes clearly how to converter the local language. ) OK, I understood and I'll translate it to Simplified Chinese from English.inc. Thanks!

PS: The attached file by adminisrator is also Chinese language but traditional Chinese.
