Failed to open stream

I'm trying to install letoDMS1.9 into my laptop but failed with below error message. Could you please help me? Thanks!

Error:
Warning: include(/letoDMS/languages/English/lang.inc) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

The php cannot find the required include file.
Control twice if the paths in settings file are right.

Hi Matteo, I confirmed that the file and the directory is available. But the error is still there. Any other issue? Thanks~
