And in your " MYDMS ERROR.txt", the lasts messages are already :
Code: "[07-Jan-2011 11:50:09] PHP Warning: mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in C:\wamp\www\mydms\adodb\drivers\adodb-mysql.inc.php on line 365" ?

Is there anywhere else other than inc.settings that requires MySQL connection data? As I said I can connect to the mydms data base and view the tables. At least 6 other mysql/php applications are functioning fine. Attached is a screenshot of the db and the latest error log.
Hy
Try to delete or rename file : C:\wamp\www\mydms\op\.htaccess UPDATE : you must activate rewrite_module in apache extension. doudoux

Sorry still get same error, but on the index.php page.
What I am trying to do is find a new DMS for our hospital website, (www.frimleypark.nhs.uk) and your DMS was recommended to me, but I have to test it first. If I gave you FTP access to a test website with MySQL on it would you be able to install it? Might save us a lot of time emailing?? Thanks, Rob
