Installation (language problem) ON IIS

I use IIS with LetoDMS (3.2.0 2011-09-26 17:18:42)
after i user the attached check.php from thread#244 all parameters are fine except 'Apache information not accessible' .

Now the Error Getting text is show on every lines on login page, pls help.

i'm sorry to post here for the error found on above.
I just solved the first landing page by input all variables in setting.xml to be the same as inc.settings.php eventhrough they are the same parameters...!!!
