Error Adding Document

I am a novice, but would need to evaluate how to use & implement LetoDMS.

I am able to install LetoDMS following the instruction from this instruction:

Installation with WampServer

as recently downloaded WampServer 2.2D and I used LetoDMS-3.0.0.

First problem I encountered is, I could not add any document.

the message is "an error has occured"

Here is the 20120405.log details:

Have you checked the access rights on disk? Any message in apaches error log?

my data folder in C:\wamp\www\LetoDMS\data

this is my apache error log details:

i tried moving the data folder to another partition (e:\DCC_data). I am able to upload documents now when my data folder is in another partition.
a new folder was automatically created after uploading files in e: as < e:\DCC_data1048576 > the uploaded documents are stored within this folder.
