LetoDMS 3.2.0 - only login-screen

I get only the login-screen/page. After I filled out all field's (admin/admin) and press login - only the login-screen with empty fields are displayed.

My apache2-log (error.log) have no error.

I have Log installed with pear (pear install Log).

It's ok. -
Now I have delete the Database. After I created the Database new and check all permissions - nothing. "The same procedure as every year”

My letodms-User on mysql (letodms) has all permissions on the letodms-DB except GRANT.

the same as mine , yes i took off the GRANT,CREATE,DROP out of Letodms user account.

only 1 thing left if db is fine, the path parameter.Let's chk that some times it's case sensitive.
somehow u can use the check.php to validate all parameters except the $_httproot that have to follow the comment in .php file (do not trust check.php in this parameter they need u to put since http:// ....php which wrong)

First: I have fixed it. In conf/settings.xml I wrote a wrong string in httpRoot.
But: I think conf.Settings.php isn't necessary. If this file dosn't exist, check.php say:

LetoDMS 3.0.0 check configuration (check version : 3.00-06)
Please create conf/conf.Settings.php file. You can use conf/conf.Settings.php.template to help you

So I can check conf/conf.Settings.php with check.php but not conf/settings.xml.
