German Language File ( please verify if its good?)

Here is the German Language file for LetoDMS you can check it , we been informed by matteo lucarelli that some language files are incomplete or was incorrectly translated.

so we need a person that knows German well enough to check this File

This appears to be a translation of an older version. German is quite up to date, because I am german.
