the inheritance of subfolders and documents does not work in 1.9 ...
if you press "Copy inherited access list" only then the permissions change...
but if you press "Inherit access" again, the "all access" rights are back to owner only... irregardless of the parent folder permissions...
with your latest content overview modification (more detailed view mod) it's quite easy to see that this does not work...
